From the Spare Room to the Storefront: Our Biggest Blessing Yet!

If you had told me a few years ago that my home-based business would soon have its very own brick-and-mortar location, I would have smiled, but I don't know if I would have believed you. Today, I am sitting in our brand-new building, surrounded by boxes, price tags, and a whole lot of gratitude, writing this to you.

We are officially moving out of the house and into a space of our own!

A Blessing in Perfect Timing

I am truly blessed to have acquired this building. If you’ve ever looked for commercial space, you know how daunting it can be. But God is so good, the rent for this new location is right in my price range, proving that when the timing is right, the right doors will open.

The Reality of Leveling Up

I’m not going to sugarcoat it: the transition has not been easy. Moving a business out of the comfort of your home forces you to grow up fast as an entrepreneur. This process has truly opened my eyes to what it means to be a business owner.

Lately, my days have been less about the creative side and much more about the behind-the-scenes hustle:

• The Red Tape: Navigating local government to ensure every single license and permit is properly obtained and displayed.

• The Logistics: Transforming a blank canvas into a welcoming shop, mapping out layouts, and organizing inventory.

• The Details: Making sure the shelves are fully stocked, every item is meticulously priced, and everything is ready for day one.

It’s exhausting, but it is a beautiful kind of tired. Every late night spent counting inventory or filling out paperwork is a reminder of how far this business has come.

God has truly blessed me with this opportunity, and I do not take a single bit of it for granted. This building isn’t just four walls and a roof; it’s a place where we can better serve you.

We are putting the final touches on the space and counting down the days until the grand opening. I cannot wait to open these doors, look out at the counter, and meet all of our customers—both the familiar faces who have supported me from my home office and the new faces we haven't met yet.
